KRISTINA KOVALEVICH
My story begins when I was 5 years young. As a family, we immigrated to America. I grew up speaking both Russian and English and was gifted the best of both worlds. I grew deep roots within my local community, becaming a leader and mentor to young gals around me. With a desire to lead by example with a love for life, connection, and belief that dreams are worthy of pursuit, I was inspired to step out as an entrepreneur and elevate my services. Managing social media accounts and coaching is how I began. Today, I am the founder of Femininity In Business, a women empowerment event, model, as well as a television host at red carpet events such as the Global Beauty Awards Show and the 2022 Couture & Cars Fashion Show.

EVERY DREAM IS WORTHY OF BEING PURSUED
It has been a dream to write and publish a book by age 25. When the opportunity found me, I quit my corporate job, booked a one-way ticket to Hawaii and escaped for a 3-month sabbatical. I found myself slowing down, enjoying paradise, find a new rhythm in life and diving fully into writing.
I am grateful for the opportunity to ghostwrite and publish Predestined, now available on Amazon. Following my gut has never disappointed me. It pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, as I took risks, and my hope is to inspire others to follow theirs. Our dreams are worthy to be pursued.
EACH ONE OF US CARRIES AN UNTOLD STORY
It was in my earlier 20s when I got diagnosed with PCOS, which resulted in hair loss and weight gain. Luckily it didn't define me, nor became my norm. It is a part of my story, and how God can make beauty out of ashes. I know what hopelessness and borderline depression can feel like, but I also know the power of redemption and what victory looks like. My anchor has and always will be in my Lord, Jesus Christ. I found myself lost in His presence, believing for everything will be restored. He sure does not disappoint. As I unveil bits and pieces of my story, my desire is to empower women to take back control of their lives, find balance within their body, spirit, mind and soul. We are designed to live in wholeness and freedom. Each one of us has a little girl dream which eagerly waits to be unveiled. Happily, I have tapped into mine.

I AM IN THE BUSINESS OF WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
When I got into pageantry, in 2019, Miss Washington USA, I thought it was an avenue which would allow me to run after a dream. In return, a ton of new dreams were birthed. Read more about my pageant journey.
Femininity In Business is one of them. It is an event which gathers women from all walks of life. When women come together to share how they overcame challenges in pursuit of a dream, they create a ripple effect of empowerment. We become a force to be reckoned with when we stop competing and comparing, and start believing.
